worked in the administration of the estates of Deceased persons; inheritance tax; preparation of powers of attorney and advising agents; advance health care directives/living wills; wills; trusts; designations pursuant to the Standby Guardianship Act; will contests; estate planning and medical assistance planning and nursing home issues. Attorney Krisa also
represents Buyers and Sellers of real estate; handles small business matters and has a general practice.
Attorney Michael N. Krisa is a 1998 graduate of Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law, and a summa cum laude graduate of Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Krisa, A graduate of Mansfield University and The University
of West Virginia School of Law, has been practicing law continuously
in Lackawanna County since 1972. A former public defender he
served as a school district and borough solicitor for many
years.
His first
million dollar verdict was in Lackawanna County in 1982. He
has had a number of settlements in the excess of one million
dollars since then.
